You can use the report S_P99_41000062.
Others options are tables MBEW (position at the moment that you run this
table) or MBEWH (historical valuation).

I don't know why it could happen. Just locate one material/plant with t-code ckm3 and try to obtain the same data with the long-code transaction.

Are they project-stocks?
