If you decide to use a validation procedure then

You could define the

pre-requisite as

Company code = 'XXXX' and G/L account = 'XXXXXX'

Check as

User =" YYYYYY' ( you furnish the valid and empowered user here )

Error Message as

'Sorry ...... You are not empowered to post to this G / L Account....'

Please write the validation at line item level and activate it for your company code

If any user other than YYYYYY tries posting a line item using G/L XXXXXX, the error message pops up and prevenrts posting.
