If you want to block the GL code for one or more than user then in the role model with the help of basis put "XYZ1" in the user's auth BKPF_PUK.
And update the same "XYZ1" in the auth gr of OB52 t code last column against the same GL code.

I have come across a situation where in my boss has told me to block the
GL accounts for a particular USER ONLY. i.e when i am using a particular GL
i want to block the same GL to other users.....( a message should appear
for other user).....
