Please ask your basis guys, He will use PFCG T-Code and update in the object BKPF_PUK of the users to whom you want to allow the GL code and update anything ex:-XYZ1 , the same XYZ1 should be updated in OB52 auth column against the GL code.
Please ensure the object of other users to whom you want to block should be blank against object BKPF_PUK.

I have come across a situation where in my boss has told me to block the
GL accounts for a particular USER ONLY. i.e when i am using a particular GL
i want to block the same GL to other users.....( a message should appear
for other user).....

I wanted some help on the same ......can any one help me please...
