Hi Alok

In my search i have got a procedure which says :

1). Can lock any GL Account in tr code OB52. just select account type S and
GL account xxxxx from to xxxx and exclude your GL a/c from list. Nobody can
post.

Is this right process.

You can do this by two ways:-

1:- In FS00 in GL Master you create auth group and from that auth group remove the person to whom you want to block.
3:- In OB52 against that GL create user auth group and remove the person to whom you want to block. (You have to maintain auth group in BKPF_BUP.
