Hi Alexander I suppose New G L supports the Business Area scenario also. It is just that profit center accounting and segment accounting have taken priority and therefore use of business areas is losing popularity. However, New G L considers Business Area as one of the six scenarios ( Cost Center , Functional Area, Profit Center, Segment, preparation for consolidation and Business Area ) .
