Hi
Please check if under your depreciation areas of the asset master record
screen lay out rule is defined as 1000. If it is so , then you may not be
able to change the deprecation start date at sub number level. If your
screen lay out rule is set as 2000, then you can change the depreciation
start date for the subnumber.
You need to try T Code OAYZ in IMG.
However, just make sure you are not working in a productive environment.

When I use AS11, capitalization date will be withdraw from main asset, and the field is unchangeable. It seems to be different from your what you speaking.:( |
