Hi Vaani,
Did your user change the values and characteristics in KE26, if so check the documents posted in KE24 with the date of entry and see the diff in the characteristics. If there is no change in characteristics(Prof. Seg), then you cannot see any impact in COPA report.
And in COPA report(KE30), you should change/include the new characteristics that you changed in KE26 otherwise it will not pickup in the report.
