I am not familiar with RE, but based on the details in your question you may need to switch account based CO-PA.
Though it is best to contact SAP

Subject: Data Flow from RE-FX to COPA
Dear all
My customer is in Real Estate Industry, so we implement the RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) for them.
We also use CO-PA in this project, and we need to transfer all revenue and cost that araise from RE-FX to COPA, but we dont see any relationships between RE-FX and CO-PA:
- In RE-FX, we dont see the field Profit.Segment in RE Contract
- In CO-PA, we dont see the configuration steps for Actual Data Flow for RE
- In CO-PA, the system dont have the characteristics/value field for RE-FX
When we do a periodic posting in RE-FX for the RE contract, the system will create FI document, CO document (for profit center), Consolidation Doc... but dont have CO-PA document (althougt we just activate the CO-PA in the system)
Do you know how to transfer the RE actual data to CO-PA?
Pls help us if u have any expriences in this case.
