Actually these Tax Procedure is working properly in our first company code. The problem occured in the new company code

The system is unable to find the condition record. To resolve the issue create condition records using FV11 for TAXINN and for TAXINJ define the tax percentage as 0 for condition types you have created in FTXP for zero value tax code. I hope this should resolve the issue.
