When the report is run and the user asks for it to print, have them change the "properties" setting for the line per page and width. They are probably defaulting to an 80 column width. Try 55 x 170 or something larger. That will shift to landscape mode.

When user prints any report from SAP (say FBL3N output), it prints in Portrait and in very small font. Whereas it is not the case for functional consultants who supports them in users location.
Is there any transaction/setting in SAP to check the correct printing attributes for a given user. If so please advise.
