We use Workflow for journal entry documents. After completion, the document is Parked/Completed and sent to next level for Approval. We have noticed that the User who created the document can go into their Outbox and open the document and change it. The system appears to save the changes but does not not. My question is why is there no Error to the User that they cannot change the document? And, is there a way to add an error if this continues to happen? We would not want the user to change the document unless the Approver had rejected it. Thanks.
