[sap-acct] Intercompany code Clearing

Hi All

I have a situation where in we have two company codes one(A) is
selling(Vendor) & the other (B) is Buying (Customer).

Now I want to do the clearing in the inter company codes between the two
company codes. Can any one tell me how to do it.
