[sap-acct] TOP cpu have high utilization,why?

Hi,all:
When I use tx os06 check the system.In entry TOP CPU,a progress "cvd" has 67% cpu utilization,why?The progress's use name is "root".and my cpu idle is very little (only 1 or 2%).How I analyze and revolve this issue.
