Just a thought but perhaps the marking allowance for the current period needs activation. In CK24 click on "Marking Allowance" Icon. Select the Company Code by clicking on it. Select "Match" icon (Issue Marking allowance". Supply costing Variant and Version. Save. Green Icon should appear
