Shouldn't happen that way. Unplanned Depreciation is an AA entry which also posts in FI ledger. AB08 reversals are similar in nature.
Must be something more if AA no longer ties to FI.
How do you know the two are not equal?

We have 3 assets (190000024/25, 90000005) where unplanned deprecation was processed in the fixed asset module and then reversed.
We were getting issues in posting the unplanned in Dec 2010, the deprecation was updated in FI, however we are seeing a reversal of the processing in fixed asset, causing a difference between FA and FI.
How can this be resolved? |
