Hi

I have not viewed this thread in full. But it looks like there is a
requirement to capture text during document posting. As Ramakrishnan rightly
pointed out, document header text and line item text fields can be used to
capture descriptive narration in documents if that is what you want.

Hi Vinod,

If you are trying to post the manual journal entries in transaction code
like FB50 there you will have the column called "Text" where you define the
reason for making the journal entry.
