[sap-acct] KP98 copy plan to actual still not working - ecc6.0 with support pack SAPKH60011

We are running Ecc6.0 support pack SAPKH60011 as required (noted) in OSS note 1057743, however we are still not able to copy actuals (created via settlement of an internal order to cost center) to plan data..
