Assignment of an authorization could be one possible way in OB52.
Alternatively, assign an authorization group in the G L Master record. You
could also write a vaidation rule to allow certain persons only to post to
certfain G L accounts.

In my search i have got a procedure which says :
1). Can lock any GL Account in tr code OB52. just select account type S and
GL account xxxxx from to xxxx and exclude your GL a/c from list. Nobody can
post.
Is this right process.
