Hi,

Fiscal year 2009 and 2010 are not close in Asset Accounting, and since we are now on the period 1 of Fiscal Year 2011, I have to forward the asset through AJRW however I can't make it without closing first the Fiscal Year 2009 since only 2 years are allowed. So while, i'm on the process of closing year 2009 i encountered that problem in AJAB and AJRW....

However i found out that there is one asset that is not depreciated in period 13 of 2009...so i restart the run of AFAB in period 13 and thanks i was able to close the year 2009 and at same time forward the asset to year 2011..

Hi SAP gurus,

I am executing AJAB for closing the fiscal year 2009 under company code 2000. While i'm in a test mode, there is no other error stated so I untick the test run and proceed with the actual run. I do the background processing upon executing the actual AJAB and it is succesfully carried out...When I look at SM37, it shows that the job is already finished. So therefore, I assume that my AJAB is successful carried out since there is no sign of any errors.

I proceed with tcode AJRW for fiscal year 2011 for the company code 2000. While I'm in a test mode, and it shows that there is an error. Upon checking on the error log...the error states "Fiscal year change in co.code 2000 possible only after year-end closing 2009."

Please help me with this problem..I look at tcode OAAQ, the closed period in company code 2000 is fiscal year 2008. Meaning AJAB does not carried out? It's confusing...Kindly give me some advise on how to dealt with this problem...I'm looking forward that can help me with this...thank you very much....
