[sap-acct] Printing a document after Workflow assigned

After we create a journal entry, we complete the document and select an approver for Workflow. This parks the document. We have noticed at this point, that Print Preview is now greyed out and no longer an option to select. This means the User has to leave the document and come back in to Print. Has anyone had experience with solutions to this? Your help is appreciated.
