[sap-acct] Updating 1099 information for payments made outside of SAP

Is there anywhere in SAP ECC where the payment amount for 1099 applicable vendors for payments made outside of SAP can be entered in SAP. Only concerned about the amount being correct on the 1099 and the filing to the IRS.
